2. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The products offered for sale are natural, additive-free extra virgin olive oil. The essential characteristics of the products (technical details such as volume, harvest information, geographical indication, place of production and acidity) are stated on the relevant product page and on the product packaging. The buyer accepts that they have reviewed all information on the product page before completing the order.

3. Sales Price and Payment Method

The sales price of the product, including all taxes, is shown to the buyer in the order summary and on the payment page. Product prices include 1% VAT. Payment is made on the website by credit or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Shipping fees, if any, are added to the order total.

4. Delivery Information

After the payment is completed successfully, orders are normally prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 1–2 business days. The product is sent to the delivery address provided by the buyer during the order.

Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above. A shipping fee of 149 TL applies to orders below 3,000 TL. The free shipping threshold and the shipping fee may change during campaign periods; the conditions shown on the payment screen at the time of the order apply.

After the order is shipped, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the delivery address. Except in cases of force majeure, the legal delivery period may in no case exceed 30 days from the date the order reaches the seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notice to taselizeytincilik@gmail.com within this period.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price is refunded within the period set out in the legislation, in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the buyer and without any additional charge.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Where the conditions set out in the legislation are met, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that deteriorate quickly or may pass their expiry date; for products whose packaging, seal or protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; and for products prepared at the buyer's special request. Consumer rights regarding defective goods are not affected.

7. Complaints and Objections

The buyer may submit complaints and objections regarding the order and the sale to the seller through the contact channels listed above, and may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, within the monetary limits set by the relevant legislation.

8. Entry into Force

The buyer accepts that they have read this Pre-Information Form, are informed of its content and have approved it electronically before placing an order on the website. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
